Many electronic devices such as controls, LED lights and communications equipment operate on a native DC voltage (e.g. 12V, 24V or 48V DC). These devices usually come with an external power supply (like the one you use with your laptop) that converts 120V or 240V AC electricity into DC to power the device.
By powering a device directly from a NUE battery generator (BBG), you eliminate the need to convert the power from AC into DC (through the external power supply) and can operate more efficiently (10% to 15%) in the process and increase reliability and runtime.
A 48v DC lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery generator that powers Nanlux Evoke, Dyno, and TK Series Lights for extended periods of time without the power supply. BBGs offer truly untethered power for maximum portability.
5120Wh of DC energy in a wheeled case with a Nanlux-connector compliant 25ft cable. Use DC Power to get more watt-hours (i.e. runtime) at a lower cost, weight, and risk of failure. 6000 cycles at 80% of DoD inside a thermoplastic case make this a durable product for repeat use. Become untethered: simply drop NUE power and Nanlux lighting where creative decisions dictate while on location both indoors and outdoors.
