Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns


1. Eligibility for Returns:

   - Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

   - Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

   - Certain items are non-returnable, including customized, discontinued, and special sale goods.


2. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at orders@newuseenergy.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

   - Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.


3. Shipping Costs:

   - You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

   - Shipping costs incurred for the original purchase of a retuned item are non-refundable.


Refunds


1. Refund Process:

   - Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   - If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.


2. Partial Refunds:

   - Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition may result in a partial refund.


Exchanges


- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
