The SunFold240 is a different approach to portable solar.
Instead of one large folding panel that's difficult to transport and impossible to expand, the SunFold240 is a 240-watt modular building block. Start with a single panel or connect up to six modules to create portable solar arrays from 240 watts to 1,440 watts using the same rugged hardware.
Each SunFold240 consists of two high-efficiency 120-watt solar modules joined by removable stainless steel hinges with spring-loaded pins, creating a durable folding panel that's easy to transport, deploy, and service. Additional modules connect mechanically and electrically to create larger arrays without replacing your existing equipment.

Whether you're charging a SunCase portable power system, supporting emergency response operations, or setting up a temporary job site, the SunFold system lets you place the solar array where the sunlight is best while keeping your battery and equipment safely under cover.
The standard 72-volt operating configuration is compatible with every SunCase system and allows efficient charging with long extension cable runs. As your power requirements increase, simply add more SunFold240 modules using standard MC4 branch connectors—no proprietary wiring or specialized equipment required.
Built for Portable and Temporary Installations
The optional adjustable aluminum mounting system allows the array to be installed on the ground, rooftops, timber foundations, railroad ties, or ballast. Lightweight aluminum support triangles provide a wide range of tilt angles for seasonal optimization while maintaining a compact, portable design.
For larger installations, multiple 10 AWG extension cables can be run back to the power system and combined at the battery location, eliminating the need for heavy, expensive large-gauge cable and making long-distance portable deployments practical.

Each SunFold240 pairs two high-efficiency 120-watt modules joined by stainless-steel hinges with spring-loaded removable pins — durable, fast to deploy, simple to service. Modules connect both mechanically and electrically, so operators grow an array on-site instead of hauling in a bigger one.
The standard 72 Vmp configuration works with every SunCase system. MPPT charge controllers keep charging efficient over cable runs of 100 ft or more — critical when the best sun is nowhere near where the electronics stay under cover.
One platform
Portable, temporary, or semi-permanent
An optional adjustable aluminum mounting system installs the array on ground, rooftops, timber foundations, railroad ties, or ballast. Lightweight aluminum tilt triangles dial in seasonal angles while keeping the whole system compact.
Because the architecture is modular, operators service or replace a single module instead of scrapping an entire array — one platform spanning a single SunCase recharge to a multi-kilowatt field build most systems can't touch.
